Daily, I consult books from Doreen Virtue and Julia Cameron. These books nurture my heart and soul and remind me that no matter what life brings my way, I am always protected and guided.

The stretches in this book are great for a child's sensory system, and they'll improve self-awareness and self-esteem. Most importantly, I Can Be reminds all children to be who they are and let their light shine!
